Blooma Zinc-plated Steel Tee hinge (L)204mm, Pack of 2

Not at all impressed with these. Bought four of them for our two gates and all four are bent from use, due to the very thin metal, and in less than 7 months they have all started to rust through. Very poor quality metal and not really up to the job.

I notice while one part of the description says these are Zinc Plated another says "zinc effect steel tee hinges from Blooma". Either way I would not buy these again or recommend them for any purpose that is outside.

As mentioned in other reviews the screws supplied are also badly made, most did not have a deep enough groove in the top for the screwdriver to have any purchase which made the job take a lot longer than it should have. This should have told me something about the quality of this product.

The screws supplied with these hinges are unusable. They’re not machined properly, so much so the screwdriver tip has nothing to work with, making them unusable. Otherwise okay.

A broken hinge on the garden shed and storm force winds forecast. No problem a good selection at B&Q yielded a suitable replacement. Non rusting and with screws supplied. Just the job!

Needed this for a shed door with seized rusty hinges (three).

Shame this comes in packs of two though as do't most doors of this type have three hinges? Anyway - Job's a gooden

Good garden gate hinges. But why are they sold in packs of 2 ?
I needed 3 for my 3' x 6' 6" garden gate but had to buy 4. Even B & Q's own video on how to hang a garden gate show 3 hinges being used on a similar gate. They are not the cheapest hinges on the market and I will never be able to use the hinge I have left over from the second pack I had to buy. Hence only 3 stars as not fit for purpose.
