I bought these Paving Slabs and used them (cut to size) for the mentle and hearth to a fire place they look fantastic sealed with a satin varnish to bring out th coour fully....really brilliant product as Black all the way through.:-) The are a pretty even thickness which is an added bonus

Nicely shaped and not too thick, so fairly easy to lay.

These blue/black natural limestone paving slabs look great - but in order to get the proper effect you must seal them, otherwise they look grey and dull. I used 'Thompson's Satin Finish Limestone Sealer' also sold by B&Q, which finished them off perfectly (in fact I'd recommend doing the first coat before laying them, as it will help to keep them clean).
