• STIR WELL BEFORE USE AND DO NOT THIN. It is Important to undertake a representative test area to ensure the product is suitable for your requirements prior to commencement of the project and assessed for adhesion. This is particularly important where the surface has previously been sealed. Floor areas must be clean, dry and free of all contamination. The floor must be allowed to dry and cleaned and dust or debris swept or vacuumed off. Wall surfaces to be sealed should be brushed dry to remove dust and loose material. Britannia Concrete Floor Sealer may be applied using a soft brush or broom, a nylon pile roller or squeegee. A thin, even, puddle-free first coat should be applied, and this must be allowed to DRY THOROUGHLY (at least 1-2 hours in warm, dry, well-ventilated conditions, longer if cold and damp) before applying the second coat.
• Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection/hearing protection. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water. IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. In case of fire: Use media other than water to extinguish. Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed. Dispose of contents/container to hazardous or special waste collection point, in accordance with local, regional, national and/or international regulation.
