Features and benefits
Non-structural flooring boards for creating a new floor over existing flooring
- The long sides should be laid at 90 degrees to the joists & the ends should always meet on a joist. Floor board joints should be staggered for greater strength
- Fix panels in place with screws. Each screw should be countersunk & a pilot hole drilled as this makes fixing the boards easier & takes the heads of the screws below the level of the floor
- Do not be tempted to join boards between joists as they will soon sag & cause a weak spot in the floor. We recommend using screws rather than nails as excessive hammering could disrupt plasterboard below

I bought 22 packs to add to the existing flooring in my loft. Both 18mm thick so worked out well. I would have gave 5 stars if the ends were also tongue and groove. As a result small cuts or fillets were required but not an issue.
Perfect for what they are designed for.

Durable and long lasting. I boarded out half my loft years ago, but never got round to finishing it off, just recently bought the rest I needed to complete the job. Contrary to some of the reviews here, the boards are easy to cut with a hand saw, are not brittle (although whacking the edges is not recommended). The T&G goes together seamlessly and the overall finish is great. Screwing the board down is easy, I used 36mm screws, don't use nails as you risk knocking the plaster off the ceiling below. Also another top tip, don't buy the OSB style ones from other suppliers, you will be picking needle like splinters out of your hands and legs for days.
So so

Having never boarded an attic before I thought I would go for these.
However the tongue and the groove on these actually look pretty similar so it can be a bit confusing to work out which is which. The tongue is also relarively easy to break.
Having used these, if I had my time again i would just buy larger sheets of chipboard, or mdf, and just cut to size myself.
I am not sure how helpful the tongue and groove is and if you have roof insulation it can get in the way of slotting the tongue into the groove.
I used nails to attach to the joists, as well as a few screws.
Ok ,but tongues are brittle
