    Features and Benefits

The irresistible natural beauty of solid wood flooring remains a popular choice for many. The look and feel of the woodgrain coupled with the thermal insulation properties of wood will make your chosen space one of tranquillity and warmth. Solid wood flooring is susceptible to moisture and humidity changes, making it sensitive to seasonal changes, so you'll need to consider acclimatisation before installation but once laid, and with maintenance the hardwearing nature of wood flooring means it's a great long term option for your home.

Bought a sample for a kitchen floor replacement, however quickly decided against it as its so easily scratched and dented.

      Gorgeous flooring, but not hard-wearing.

Kitted out two rooms with this flooring and have to say: it looks stunning! Very traditional and classy.

Does have it's downfalls though. For starters, it's more time-consuming and, for some, difficult to lay down. Being solid wood, all the panels need gluing together at the joints. So be sure to pick up at least a litre of glue.

Secondly, the flooring isn't as hard-wearing as I'd have thought and liked it to have been.
It's pretty easy to scratch (which you'll discover along the way of laying it down - should you be doing it yourself).

Other than that, it looks gorgeous and has transformed the two bedrooms it has gone in.

      very upset overall

I purchased 20 packs of this flooring for my lounge hallway and understand, as was being laid we noticed all the slabs are different sizes so you have minor gaps (not to much of a big deal for me) but then ends of boards the tounge were missing so alot og board were put where wouldn't notice, the finish of the flooring is dibolicle, anything that touches it puts a search to it, I assumed as I have kids if I spend alot of money I'll get a good hardwearing floor but I wish I put down the standard packs down as I've completely wasted near on 700 pound last time I'll be going b and q for my flooring in the near future, very upset customer.
