I bought this bath in 2011 as much as i love it dissappointed with quality over use and time!. Im considering looking into the ten year guarantee as the bottom has not lived up to my expectations lots of mini cracks n scratches that from normal use with other baths have never got. Anyone know if im wasting my time enquiring?

I was advised that this would be an exact replacement for a bath bought 10 years ago from B & Q, as only the name of the product range had changed. I was specific that it had to fit in a tiled area but it didn't. The plumbers did their best to fit it but now the overpriced panel to match will not fit and I have had to resort to the old one which has gone yellow with age. Customer services were not interested. A leak appeared underneath the bath and despite sending photo's to PJH they dismissed the claim as not possible. The plumbers concluded that the finish underneath was slightly porus Also worth mentioning is that it is almost impossible to silicone behind the taps due to the narrowness of the edge. My local B & Q is great with very helpful staff, wish the same could be said about head office customer services.
Nice but beware if putting in a corner

Nice looking bath when fitted. However, please be aware that the cover panel is tapered at the bottom and therefore comes in around 3-4 inches more at the bottom than at the top. Due to this, please do not use for a corner as the finish doesn’t look good up the corner – there will be a gap that you will probably never be able to get in to clean. Most of the web pics are in the middle of a bathroom, probably due to this reason.
