Also replacing shamefully quickly

The paint has peeled off and now it’s leaking continuously. Very poor quality, don’t buy.
looks great but doesn't wear well

we have had this tap for nearly 3 years but after a fairly short time the black was coming off. I am very careful and do not use harsh cleaning products - its a shame as it is a good looking tap.
Not Long Lasting

Bought this product 14 months ago looks as good as new however the the central spout that turns is now so tight I have to hold onto the base to turn it if I don't the pressure loosens the base nut and the whole thing turns not just the central spout. You only get what you pay for and it was cheap. Never had to replace a tap so soon after purchase. Do not buy this product.

We bought this kitchen tap about 18 months ago and it came with a 10 year guarantee, unfortunately we have mislaid the receipt, we would not advise anyone to buy these taps as after the 18 months the paintwork on the body has come off showing a brass base metal, as pictured, we have been told by B&Q we must have the receipt if we want a replacement or a refund, we know it is our fault for not keeping the receipt but we think an item with a 10 year guarantee should last more than 18 months. We will not be purchasing anymore kitchen taps from B&Q in future.
Disappointed

Like with a number of other people (and stupidly I did see the previous reviews) it now has paint peeling and needs to be replaced as it looked scruffy. It is a real shame as it was a good price and did the job.
