Mauvais produit (à fuir)
Nous avons changer ce type de bac à douche qui s'est fissuré au bout de cinq ans, même problème 5 ans plus tard. Produit à fuir car aucune prise en compte de ce problème de fabrication.

Don't buy
Bought this shower tray and it cracked in the middle after 6 months ... It's not B&Q 'S fault they only sell it ..it's a poor design so stay well clear .. Buy a resin based tray you won't go wrong ..

What a mistake to make
Rubbish product do not purchase, it’s cheap wobbly and cracked after a year, now I have to replace but I won’t be going to B and Q looking at all the other reviews maybe you should be recalling the products as they are clearly not fit for purpose. I spent a lot of money on the bathroom only to have to mess about due to a woefully poor component. Come on B and Q take action with this awful product before I go to trading standards

Absolutely appalling
Fitted this tray and has cracked. No rigidity to base. Installed by professional. Now have to rip out enclosure to fit replacement tray. WARNING! DO NOT BUY THIS TRAY! Very poor quality.

Assez sceptique au départ du produit dus au avis mais finalement c'est un bon produit, je le recommande cela fait plus de 6 mois que je l'ai et je n'ai pas eu de problèmes ou de fissures

fissuré au bout de 18 mois
produit de mauvaise qualité , s'est fendu au bout de 18 mois d'utilisation normale . produit posé par un professionnel ,donc c'est bien le produit en lui même qui était défectueux

Cracked after 6 months.
Would not recommend this product. 1/3 of the standing area in the tray is very flexible and has cracked after about 6 months.

Not fit for purpose and cracked after 6months
Please do not buy this product if you value you own money and time. Product fitted by professional tradesman and 6months later tray is cracked. It was obvious that product quality was very poor from start as shower tray resin was delaminating from fibreglass shell early on before it finally cracked. B&Q are taking no liability for product and want to offer me an exchange on tray which isn't resolving my situation. As it stands I haven't been able to use my new shower room in three months and have flooded living room downstairs as a result of failure. As a result of shower tray being fitted first my new bathroom will have to be destroyed to re fit a new tray so you can understand why I'm advising everybody to AVOID!!!! PLEASE. YOU MUST NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
