The product looks stylish but is let down by insufficent quality of the components. The cup holder could not take the weight off the tumbler and sagged. Tightening up the arm gently caused the white plastic component to crack. I bought three of these and all three have broken in the same way.

bought a few weeks ago. Looks great. Easy install. all level - until you but toothbrushes in and small toothpaste and then it sagged. Just a little - but enough to make it look 'wrong' - that is, not level! I will replace and hopefully the nexy one will be good.
