Brilliant for a 600 unit and very poor for a 300

I bought two packs of end panels as I wanted to construct a 600 wide larder unit and a 300 wide unit. The end panels come complete with backing hardboard which is 600mm wide and completely unsuitable for use with the 300 wide shelving unit. I had to cut the backing board to fit and would have lost my money if I had cut it wrongly.
