Not very impressed with the two paint kettles I purchased. The bottom of the bucket has a raised centre which impedes stiring/mixing paint. The plastic used is brittle so any pressure applied causes cracks. The handles come off too easily,
I would not trust this item on a paint hook up a ladder!

Beware of blue leaching out

Bought this bucket for household cleaning, good size e.g. for wiping down skirting, easy to carry around, but after using (only using water and washing up liquid) the water is tinged blue. Not sure if this will stop after longer use (have used 3/4 times). Not sure what affect it would have on paint.

Regarding the label, soak in a cheap cooking oil, leave, may have to repeat, but when the oil sinks in the label easily peels off.

Cheap & does the job

Same price and size as their clear bucket, but much sturdier and has a handle.
Made no attempt to remove label, as works perfectly well with it in place.

What a cheek!

BEWARE! Didn't want the very large, unnecessary label on the bucket but the manufacturers have deliberately used a glue that is almost impossible to remove. I've managed to get the label off in a million microscopic bits after an enormous amount of scraping. I shall be very wary of Diall products from now on.
