Great product for the price

I had been searching for a toilet seat where the two screw spindles were joined with a bar connecting the two, and this Himara was the only one available, AT ANY PRICE!
The very clever nut locking system to save endless turns on the spindle was excellent and the wings on the plastic nuts were large enough so that you could actually get two fingers on them in order to tighten them well.......how I wish that other manufacturers would adopt this clever and simple system!
Okay, the seats are somewhat slim but we shall see how they last!

Its a good product for the price but difficult to assemble and to put the screws on. Its a bit too big for the toilet bowl. More suitable for bigger bowls. I wouldn't buy again this model

"Improved" fitting is hopeless

I have bought a budget loo seat from b&q previously which proved excellent. This model has a screw fastening which slides up and clicks into place meaning you only need to turn it a couple of times to tighten it. On the face if it this seems a good idea. Unfortunately it is not engineered to a high enough tolerance to stop it pinging open again as you tighten it up to the washer, rendering the fitting useless. Will be returning to store shortly.
