Features and Benefits
This matt emulsion comes in a selection of subtle shades that are inspired by nature and designed to bring a touch of colour to your room. At B&Q we want you to be satisfied with your colour selection. Not all monitors will display colours the same and paint tins may not show the same colour as your walls do in natural light. We therefore recommend you order a tester pot online or pop in store to pick one up so you are sure that this is the right colour for you.

Repainted my parents poorly painted front room (by someone else) with Violet White, a similar colour to what was there before. Painted out the old with matt White, Dulux, first which made the re paint fresher looking. It goes on darker than the colour and dry's lighter. Covers well but needed two coats. Very happy with the result. Bought the larger pot as I have decided to do my hall entrance the same colour. I bought the lager pot when it was on special bank holiday deal so very happy with the price. There was a comment about the colour from my parents that the colour looked vaguely grey and it does. Still like it and grey is very in.

I purchased and used a tin of this August 2011. It's a great colour and covers beautifully so I was really pleased and impressed.
Now exactly 3 years later we decided to change some pictures on the walls for smaller ones. Unfortunately this revealed that the exposed paint had faded greatly. Trust me it was really really obvious where the picture had been. As the new pics were smaller i had to repaint the whole wall. At least this was easy as i could see easily where I had repainted by the colour difference. I also did the feature wall again which was in Crown Period Croquet (a mid green) and this had not faded at all and was a pain to see where i'd been when redoing.
I have now idea why this colour fades so much.
