Nice mirror
The mirror was well packed in a strong corrugated box, surrounded by expanded polystyrene. It is of good quality, accurately described and pictured. It can be mounted horizontally or vertically, but the shaver socket is fixed and is on the right / bottom respectively. Similarly the Touch button is either bottom right or left. The mirror is hung on two screws and connected to the mains by a short length of flex. It looks best if the connection is within the wall of the mirror's footprint, otherwise it will not sit flush to the wall. The dispatch contained a broken link to myHermes, rather than EVRI and was not delivered on the day it was out for delivery. Possibly coincidentally, it arrived two days later after receipt of one scam text and me notifying EMKE. EMKE's response was a little sluggish, but understandable at Christmas.

Terrible
I bought this mirror not knowing it comes with bare wires and no plugs attached. After asking to return it they offered me 10%. Ridiculous service. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

Great product
I had gone to a local ‘wholesale’ company who sells mirrors like this, there was Nothing under £140 . You were recommended by a friend. I ordered the mirror and it took about three days to arrive. Well packaged too.
