Chair is value for money
Product is excellent value for money. However ordered 2 and still awaiting 2nd chair. Constant to and fro to consumer service and constant feeling of being dismissed. Still no chair and no refund. Never able to speak to a human being told to complete via email.

A nice comfortable, low-cost office chair
This chair is great value for money. Generous seat padding, well-designed mesh backrest with additional lumber support and the obligatory height adjustment for under £50 - what's not to like? For the money, it's quite well constructed and offers a useful feature which allows the chair to be tilted backwards (with adjustable resistance). This makes the chair very comfortable for, say, sitting back and watching a PC screen.

Awful Chair!
Bought this chair specifically for the rocking function. The chair does not rock/tilt and leaves you in a constant upright position. It tilts less than a cm back and makes you feel like you will slip off. The worst office chair I have found!

Love my new chair!
Bought this chair to support a recent back and neck issue! Very comfortable and great for up close to the desk with the lift up arms!

Great
was a bit skeptic about buying this chair after reading the low rated reviews but i think it’s very comfortable and definitely recommend. Only issue is that i can’t figure out how to tilt the chair as the knob is very stiff

Not ideal
It does the job done, but this is not for those who needed to sit on it for long hours. It's not comfortable at all I always feel like I'm going to fell off the seat, since it's forward tilted. I don't know why, did I assembled it wrong, but it was very easy and couple of simple steps, I don't think that I've made a mistake. That's how it is.
