Doors look lovely, but the quality is really poor, on delivery the plastic trim around the glass was damaged on both doors, had them exchanged but again both doors were damaged in same place. Got a refund, going elsewhere.
Read the instructions before you fit!!

The timber at the top and bottom is very limited. If your doorframe is more than 6mm smaller in height, then don’t buy as you will cut off all the internal door timber support. Also there is only reinforcement for latches on one side. Instructions ambiguous, but might be both sides on glazed doors. With only 60mm of timber for a door catch, then to fit a 65mm latch you will just about cut through the vertical timber with not much left either side. Did it ok on plain door, but glazed door is weaker with glass instead of wood, so did not risk fitting latch, instead went for a button type catch. If in doubt, get a solid wood door. Also beware risk of warping. Instructions recommend 3 hinges if humid I.e bathroom. For a door you can almost carry in one hand, it shows how flimsy they are. Only positive, is that both doors looked great when fitted, just hope they last!
Really poor quality

Purchased 3 of these 2 weeks ago. Of the first 3 that arrived, 2 had to be sent back due to the plastic trims around the window being completely smashed in more than one area. This couldn't have happened in transit as they were packaged well, and no damage elsewhere.
Had to wait another week to be replaced.
When hanging the 3 doors, I noticed there a proper lock block in any of the doors, and have obviously been made quickly and poorly. There was less than 2 inches on each door. Very very poor. Considered sending back once again, but couldn't wait another week. Unfortunately I have to purchase another 3 of these in the near future, not looking forward to the quality again.
Not worth the money

Such a cheap door that the hinges are too heavy for it. The wood splits and breaks easily. The beading around the glass looks rubbish.
The door initially looked lovely on the website but don’t be fooled it’s such s lightweight cheap door and overpriced.
Disappointed with this, and after a couple of weeks have had to take it off and re fit it. So flimsy that you have to open and close it delicately which is hard with young children.

I had set my sites on installing a glazed door in my living room but soon realised once I started looking that these did not come cheap.
I then came across this product, which was exactly what I had originally wanted. The price point was far below similar alternatives and on top of that, it would match the B&Q cottage doors planned for the rest of the house.
I subsequently ordered the door which was unavailbale for store collection. The delivery incurred a £10 charge which I was not thrilled about. I hate to pay for delivery on something that I could have easily collected, had that option been available to me.
The door arrived 4 days after ordering.
Two things I noticed upon opening the product was that the beading around the glazed section was PVC (not wood) and the lines on the glazed section are frosted (not bevelled). I didn’t have a problem with either of these things but thought it may be beneficial for others to know.
I would also like to stress the importance of the door instructions. They are vital for the door installation process so do not throw them away.
I am very impressed with the quality of the door and once painted it looks very high end.
Thank you B&Q
