Waterseal is a high-performance transparent water repellent specially formulated to prevent water penetration on all mineral substrates such as brick, stone, concrete, pebbledash and rendering.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
SUBSTRATE QUALITY / PRE-TREATMENT
All surfaces must be clean and sound, free from dirt,
mould, algae, grease and other contamination. Surfaces may be damp not wet. Carry out surface repairs
and fill cracks before application
APPLICATION
Shake well before use. EVERBUILD� 402 WaterSeal
may be applied to dry or damp (not wet) surfaces. Apply by low pressure (garden) spray, brush or roller.
NOTE: THIS PRODUCT WILL DRY CLEAR.
On vertical surfaces, saturate the wall working from
the bottom up, ensuring the entire surface is covered.
On horizontal surfaces, flood the entire area then after
10 minutes, spread out with a soft brush, roller or mop
to ensure the entire area is covered.
Two coats are normally required; the second coat being applied within 1 hour � as soon as the first coat has
soaked in and whilst the surface is still wet. Clean
brushes, rollers and spray equipment with warm water IMMEDIATELY after use.
LIMITATIONS
Do not apply below 10oC.
Do not apply when raining or when rain is imminent.
Do not use on painted surfaces.
Allowing the first coat to dry may prevent penetration of the second coat. Always apply second coat
within 1 hour, or before first coat is dry.
Do not use on wood, plastic or rubber.
Do not use in fishponds.
Do not use detergents to clean the substrate prior
