A Resonant Red
We’d been looking for the right red for our front door and radicchio was perfect. It’s a rich cranberry red which will compliment our pink rhododendrons in the spring and it really gives our newly painted house some flavor.

Great paint, would recommend.
I love this paint, great shade and has a super smooth finish! I feel it's worth the extra money- been painting and decorating for many years!

Dead flat Radicchio No96.
It has to be applied quite thickly otherwise it appears patchy. What I thought would take 2 coats ended up being 4, and that was covering white.

Great texture and colour
Lovely paint, as ever. A good deep colour and two coats gave the desired effect

Perfect colour
Repainted over estate emulsion with modern emulsion. Very slight sheen compared to the classic chalky finish but so easy to wipe rub marks away. So much better for a hallway.

Not the best
I’ve used F&B paint many times. However, this paint did not apply well at all. The walls have had two coats and after drying, they definitely need a third!

Most expensive poor quality paint
I have to agree with another 1star review, this is possibly the worst paint I’ve ever used. We only chosen this because the colour was perfect for what we needed. After three coats of paint and two days of drying time we decided is was time to fit our new wall mounted TV on fixing to the bracket we lent/touch the wall with our hands and left marks on the paint, we wiped with a clean cloth and plain water it just made it worse. I contacted customer services @ Farrow & Ball and they said “Due to the nature of Estate emulsion it can be susceptible to burnishing if any pressure is put against it and the only way to remove the marks is to apply a liberal layer of new paint” I can’t recommend the use of this paint and would not use again considering the overall quality of the paint and the expense.
