I bought this lovely fire today bit of a faff to get the spaces off but fits perfect and flush. I take some pleasing and can tell you. Either i have a different fire to some of you as mine is silent. Love the remote and led screen the flames look great.
Could be improved upon

noisey when using 1 or 2 heating elements motor sound which spoils listening to TV and heat low could do with an extra KW

This is a stylish product, it looks good even when you light up the backdrop without the heat turned on. Easy to install.
Replacement fire

I bought this fire as a replacement for the one I bought with the surround. This fire was a bit smaller but the holes in the surround don't really notice. The flame flicker is good and 'warming' but I did like the coals on the previous model. I think this one is slightly quieter with the fan on and overall I am pleased with the purchase
