Simply adjust the foot pedal height to at least 33cm and push down with firm pressure, this may need to be repeated three or four times to split some logs. Each step on the foot lever exerts a force of up to 1.2-tons of pressure without any upper body strength required. Ready assembled, the log splitter needs no fuel or power, creates no noise or fumes and removes the need for swinging a dangerous tool.
