It is very difficult to put together and does take two people and a lot of patience. I would not recommend this producet as once put together it may seem sturdy, however the connection between the bottom half is flimsy at best.
I bought two, one has gone up and I have reinforced it myself, only because I refused to give up, the other is going back tomorrow.
Utter rubbish, stay well away.
Tricky to put together - but very good

I’ve now bought 3 of these over the last couple of months. Practice makes perfect putting these together.
You need to be careful hammering the struts in place as it is easy to slightly bend the corner lips and hence the boards then don’t fit (as reviewed below).
However, once together absolutely great.

Bought a few months ago. Fitting together took a little time to figure out but once constructed, was quite sound. The only criticism would be the chip-boarding which is fairly thin and easily breaks at the corners if not careful also, worse still, the boards were slightly wider and longer so would sit firmly, therefore i had to take it upon myself to trim the boards to size.I bought 2 sets of these shelves and all 8 boards were too large to fit, this prompted me to forward an email to customer services at B&Q who just thanked me for bringing it to their attention, to date I have had no response to state what action has been taken and if the issue has been rectified.

Good strong shelves, easy to build. Chipboard is a bit naff but great for the price

Once up this is a solid bit of kit. However a couple of niggles; the chipboard used for the shelves is not much stronger than cardboard, a corner piece snapped off as I was placing it in to the metal frame. Still fine to use but annoying. Instructions are very poor - you’d need a magnifying glass to see the diagrams, etc (I threw them away and worked it out myself in the end).
