terrible quality and shocking store service

I bought this back in January via reserve and pick up in store in Oldham. Got it home to Blackburn (40 miles) opened the box to find most of the plastic panels were snapped or broken and missing pieces. So impossible to build. The plastic is very flimsy and cheap.
So thinking hey no problem return it to Blackburn and instant refund..... Nah. Jump through loads of hoops before finally getting a refund. Not what I have usually seen in B&Q stores.
I would definitely not recommend or buy a replacement
Great for storing garden chairs etc in garage

I assembled this over two days taking my time, went together pretty well. Some of the slots are slightly misshapen and had to put in a small screwdriver to bend the plastic back into shape whilst pushing the other parts in. It worked OK and nothing broken. All the parts are marked but you have to find the markings. Lay out everything first and identify all the parts it does make the job a whole lot easier. Good for storing, deckchairs, cushions, gazebo etc in the garage so it all to hand and won't get dusty.

I bought two of these and had them delivered on Friday. I paid someone to come on in Saturday morning to put them together for me. The sides and the back of the first cabinet were bashed in and the hinges on the frame were broken, so it would not have been possible to open the doors. After two hours of struggling as the parts are and the carcass is not robust my builder gave up. I have not even opened the second box, which arrived misshapen and I can only assume that it is in the same state as the first cabinet as the boxes both look as they have been thrown about. Realising that the cabinet doors would not open, my builder dismantled it. I am returning the units and have requested a refund.
Storage for light weight objects only

Had this delivered last week. Bit of damage on some of the parts, but too big to put in the car to take it back, so constructed it anyway. Took hours to put together as it was not easy to find the part number easily on any of the components. Shelves will not take anything weighty, so no good for storing tools. Looks good in the garage but not up to the job for which it was purchased.
