Fresh milk of all fat levels can be used, as can UHT milk and soy milk. Even sheep and goat milk can be used. And thanks to energy-saving induction technology - there's no risk of burning the milk. There are four automatic programs to choose from: Cappuccino Milk Foam - for solid and creamy milk froth; Cold Milk Foam - ideal for coffee, cocoa, pies and cakes; Hot Milk - for adding to drinks; Hot Chocolate - for softly melted chocolate in hot milk. A special attachment is supplied with the Design Milk & Chocolate Advanced that allows you to melt chocolate directly into the machine whilst the milk is being frothed.
