Do not buy!

I bought 6 sets of this product expecting it to be the same as pictured. It came in a completely different colour (silver) and when queried on the phone to Plymouth BNQ I was rudely informed by cystomer services that I get what I'm given and if I wish to have it looked at I must travel from Exeter all the way to Plymouth to have it looked at.
I said the picture is deceiving and her response was that is the risk associated with buying online.
Very rude and inappropriate way to speak to customers.
No screws

This product looks quite nice and feels well made, but screws are not included. The brackets are not countersunk, so it really needs round headed screws, which are hard to find. Also, the screw holes are quite small, much smaller than a number 8 screw. There is no advice as to what size screw to use, so I am on my way back to B&Q to open packets of screws until I find one that fits.
Also, 4 brackets, how does that work?
