Code E 08 yet again complete waste of time, will not be using B&Q for a kitchen again as this is just the tip of the iceberg of what is wrong with the kitchen.

As the previous person said after 6 weeks it came up with Error Code 08 and the door would not open. Engineer came out a replaced the sensor panel. An hour after he left put it on to cook the childrens tea and the same thing! Sooooo frustrating. After a real battle a replacemtn is on its way but if we have the same issue I will be asking for it to be replaced with an alternative make and model at no cost to me.
Don't waste your time

Had the first one fitted when we moved in after about 6weeks of it working. It stopped working, kept bleeping and door got locked.
Had the second one fitted after that and worked for all of 2 weeks and then the screen sensor broke.
So frusting that 2 ovens broke in less then 3months of having them. Stay far away as possible.
Cant knock BNQ staff they was so hopeful with all of this.
Good on paper but an awful oven.

Ordered two ovens to be fitted in my new kitchen.
After one session of using the Pyrolytic function, the inside coating began to flake!
I returned both and ordered two new replacements.
The next two both flaked again and one of the touch screens didn't work. Such a shame as the technology looked amazing for the price.
I ended up returning them and was sent a voucher for all the inconvenience, which I appreciated.
I ended up paying more for two NEFF ovens, but the quality is far superior. (which do not flake when using the Pyrolytic function).

We had our Bamia Pyrolytic oven fitted in Feb 2020. It has had a real test over lockdown. As a keen baker, the oven had helped produce some beautiful bakes even when on different shelves in the oven. The oven heats up very quickly whichever is great when juggling busy family life. I bought alongside the Bamia Oven Microwave and both look great in situ, particularly love the LCD control panels which are very easy to navigate too. Very happy with its performance to date.
