Genuinely the worst

I bought this flooring in Oct 2019. The first fitter I hired couldn’t lock the boards together properly, so I hired someone else who managed to do it just fine, although he did comment that it wasn’t the easiest.
Past that, the flooring is damaged in EVERY room excluding my kids room. My hallways, main bedroom and living room all have defects now. If something drops on the floor like perfume 8/10 times it’ll leave a massive dent/chip on the floor, sometimes I find that the corners have chipped over time. I suspect this is from water getting in the joints when I mop causing the edges to weaken and I use the Vileda 1-2 Spray Mop so it’s not like there’s lots of left over water.
The colour is beautiful but I would not advise anyone to buy this in a high traffic house, you won’t get 5 years out of it. I have 0 expectations from this flooring.
Amazing looking floor, but.....

I have never done any sort of flooring before, but I did manage to work out what I think maybe the problem is that a lot of people are having.
So this flooring has a bit of flex to it, when you set up the first row of boards you need to make sure you have a few packers up against the wall for each board so they are alined and completely straight, otherwise you'll have trouble getting them to click together and this will effect the rest of the flooring.
As for the click system ,easiest method I found was to slot the board in at around a 45 degree angle, make sure the corner on the edge or each board is touching, while maintaining forward pressure lower the board then give it a firm hit into place.
Im guessing a lot of laminate flooring is easier to fit than this, but if you're a confident DIYer you shouldn't have any problems. I did my living room and hallway a total of 24m2.
Hope this helps.

absolutely gorgeous colour but I can also say as said before, the click system is a pain in the behind. But once you get going its not bad, just takes twice as long.
Good home Bilston

Don't expect this to last long. Very poor quality. Ideal for very very light traffic, like a pantry or cupboard. Definitely not for use in a regularly used room.
