Bought for a bathroom project.
Things to be aware of:
1 It’s a natural product, and despite being made of glued segments (which don’t normally suffer this problem) I discovered my purchase was warped in two directions (not badly, but I had to do a lot of extra work to get it true).
2 expect colour variation, knots and some zigzag joins.
3 It contains recycled wood (see photo), if unlucky (like me) you might find also nails already in it as well..(see photo)... As I discovered, a standard Bosch jigsaw will give you a heck of a kick back when it encounters a buried nail - so proceed with caution (it’s no fun having power saws jumping around)... I discovered the nails (all in one location) after the first kickback.. fortunately the collateral damage from the tool was right next to the nails and I was coincidentally removing that section of wood anyway, but if you do find some - note - they won’t sand out, they will rust, and they are only 1mm in diameter (so quite hard to spot) - my advice - check panel carefully and reject.
4 get some oil on it.. it’s classed as ‘oiled’, but I would say ‘barely’.
5 the wood cuts straight (except where it’s nails not wood), so clean edges are doable with a jigsaw (plus sanding) - I think the edging strips mentioned in the ad are not required.

Overall, “ok” but the warping and nails would suggest this could/should be cheaper..and come with a health warning.
I would have given 4 stars (better than working with chipboard laminate) but it required a bit too much effort (for £100 it should have been “true”) and the nails were an unwelcome surprise #stillgotmyfingers
