Load of rubbish should be taken off the shelf. It just snaps when you try and straighten it out .
NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

Looked decent enough on the box, but the track is so tightly coiled it cannot be straightened. The fittings are made of cheap plastic so trying to attach the track puts too much pressure on them and they buckle. Not for for purpose. Huge disappointment and a waste of £10.

This product is awful and a complete waste of money. Comes coiled up in the box and is impossible to get even remotely straightened out to even attempt to hang any curtains. Tried weighing it down and using hot water and hair dryer and even followng the "instructions" lead to it snapping twice. DO NOT BUY

Comes coiled up and is impossible to straighten. Left out for a week gently straightening a bit at a time still curled up. Used hot water, used hair dryer still not straight and then snapped twice so just gently trying to bend into shape. Rubbish in the bin. Would take it back and demand a refund but the store is too far away to make it cost effective.
Awful, Dreadful and Difficult!

This has to be the most difficult track in the world. After two days we still have not got it up onto the batten. It does not straighten easily. The clips keep falling out. Suggest you put clips on before you attach to batten. Would not recommend it at all! Particularly not for a bay window.
