Agreed with last review. Terrible!!! Water shoots everywhere from both connections. Should have been a simple job. I'll be returning this rubbish. Not fit for purpose.

If you are happy with water running down the hose from the showerhead and the tap connection when you turn the tap on - despite an added washer - great. If not, do not buy this item. Yes it is a universal connection, but that's no excuse for it not working properly.
