Looks nice but out of shape when it comes to hang!

Looked ok when I picked up in store. Would recommend you check with a level and set square. Poor gate could spend your money better elsewhere. Did get to fit with lots of adjustments but cost lots extra than just to hang a gate which should have been the case.

I reserved this item on line with a few other products. When I went to pick the items up I could not believe this items was being offered for sale and reserved for me. It had clearly been walked over with muddy footprints and was in a bad state with chips out of it, I obviously rejected the item but was upset that they thought I would even be interested in it in the state it was in!

Spend a bit more and get something more robust!

Unbelievably badly made!! We had to rummage through the whole stock before we found two that a) matched and b) didn't have knots the size of tennis balls. The joints are creaky and loose and the wood hasn't been decently planed. Thank goodness they're only used to keep the hens out of the garden! The only consolation is that the timber to make them cost just as much if not more, though I would have had the satisfaction of a job well done. Maybe the supplier could try a similarly conscientious approach?
