This fermentation jar is the ideal way to create a natural probiotic of your food. It is made of quality glass to create a sturdy container. The one-way valve is a convenient way of letting out the built-up gases from the fermentation process. The lid is made from silicon for a long life with an airtight seal to ensure there is no contamination to your food and to prevent mould from growing. It is easy to use by pressing the food into the jar and screwing on the lid. Easy to store in cupboards or in the fridge. It is far better than having to deal with muslin cloths and safer because the gases can be easily released.
