Probably the worse swivel massage chair ever purchased.
Let’s get the good points out of the way first. The delivery was excellent and cannot fault at all. Well that is out of the way._x000D_ _x000D_ The chair comes with a set of instructions printed on the cartridge’s last legs and very hard to understand with no proper instructions just wishywashy pictures that are not clear at all. The fixings for the squab and cushion are simple and basic but because the locations were about 1/2 inch out of alignment meant that the frame fixing had to be removed to allow adjustment to realign the pivot. The whole job taking well over an hour because the Allen key provided was inadequate to release the fixing._x000D_ _x000D_ Then comes the armrests, again out of alignment with holes causing remedial work. The paintwork on part of the frame was scratched and in a few places painted over weld splatter was noted leaving sharp small protrusions._x000D_ _x000D_ The wiring diagram is next to useless and does not mention or show the colours of the terminals._x000D_ _x000D_ The chair is particularly small and low and compared to others more akin to a Ronnie Corbett chair, and more suitable for those under or around petite size, those over this size will need to squat or flop._x000D_ _x000D_ The bases are also poor with a metal hoop covered with faux leather (vinyl) cover similar to a jeep spare wheel cover. Cannot see these lasting either. The locking mechanism is a cheap wheel screw that takes a fair time to operate the task, and is of a brittle plastic not a nitrile finish like most of this type of locks. Need to take care with this as it could easily fracture in the hand._x000D_ _x000D_ Sorry, but you gets what’s you pay for and in hindsight should have saved a bit longer to get a proper chair._x000D_ _x000D_ In all a cheap poor quality item that really needs returning, a very bad purchase indeed.

Great service and great product but very hard to align the back and seat together, I still haven’t been able to to insert the clips!
