Lovely radiator - but leaked within 3 to 4 years

Stupidly I didn't keep the receipt. I installed this about 3 to 4 years ago. Worked great, looked lovely. Six months ago water was leaking - I assumed from the valve, but no, the radiator was leaking from the bottom and it had rusted. Not sure what Jaga will do but without a receipt, these days no-one wants to know - although I doubt that it was even manufactured 10 years ago!! Best to avoid (oh, the valve couplings are really weird (proprietary) which is why I thought the leak came from the valve).

I bought this for my new home. It is elegant, saves space and I love it almost like a piece of wall art.

Was really pleased with the delivery service who kept me informed of my radiators transit, the driver was courteous, helpful and polite. The radiator looks great and works well, a definite plus feature for the room. Decided not to go for the expensive manifolded valves and bought standard Draytons which work well.
Slightly mis-sold by B&Q

I bought this radiator convinced it was a corner type, going by the pictures of the Circo range on DIY.com. It wasn't until it arrived and I noticed the brackets were only for flat mounting on the wall that I did some research on Jaga's corporate site and found that the correct product name(s) are "Iguano Circo - Wall" or "Iguano Circo - Corner". At the time of buying it, B&Q didn't differentiate in their description - they just ambiguously call them "Iguano Circo". Due to a tight timescale, I had to go ahead and fit it. If you actually intend to but an upright radiator for a flat wall, they look pretty good, and this one heats reasonably adequately. Our outside wall couldn't support it on it's own though (crazy heavy) so it required some additional timber inserted between the plaster board and the timber frame, to use with the supplied fittings. Therefore I'd recommend DIYers give this radiator a miss.

Ordered two and they were delivered the next day, very prompt. Given their weight you will need to help a driver to carry them into your property.
They were packed up like Mummies and well protected. Having said that I was surprised to find that one of the radiators has chips out of two of the fins. Fortunately they won't show given where the radiators will be located.
All bracket and fixings are included with the exception of wall plugs which the instructions say will need to be selected according to the wall surface. One thing to bear in mind is that the wall fixing will have to be very strong !!
They won't be connected for a while so will add more once up and running.
