Utter and complete garbage

Grinder was supplied with the mounting ring for the blade fitted so tightly I can't remove it to fit a blade. Ended up breaking the flimsy metal tool they give you trying to turn it. Even whacking it with a lump hammer and a punch wouldn't shift it (and yes I am turning it the right way!!!). Going straight back for a refund - lesson learned, buy cheap, buy twice!!

I bought this grinder recently and am very disappointed with it because it hiccups, slows up and stops. I'm only using it to cut 3mm x 2mm silver nickel. It's held in a chop frame and is seriously frustrating, it will run for a couple of hours without a problem and then slow down and stop of it's own accord. It isn't getting hot or being used to make heavy or forced cuts. The last one I had ran for 3 years before finally the gear box went.
On/off switch broken

After 18 months and only a few uses the on/off switch no longer operates. Right from the start it was difficult to keep it from staying on as the latch is rubbish, and once it wouldn't switch off! It also gets very hot so you need gloves.

I bought this to do severely small repetitive jobs which it copes with very well. It would be good if the switch always locked in the on position rather than at random times. Otherwise excellent.
