Replacement spools dont fit

Got bought this as a gift, but the replcement spools dont fit, so either us it once, then throw away, or sit for ages putting new cord on
Frustrating wind up!!

Bought this last year and used it once. Got it out again this year and it is a total wind up. The nylon cable doesn't feed out and ends up with a cutting length of approx an inch. Have to keep taking spool capsule apart to feed lengths through. Changed the line for a heavier weight and it's still rubbish. I only have a small garden and am quite a handy gardener but it took an hour to do half the grass.
The rotating head works well though.
Would happily pay more for a strimmer that isn't so frustrating.
Know better next time!!!
more hassle than my old Black & Decker

decided it was time to buy a new strimmer, my old Black & Decker had served me well, I opted for the Mac Allister mgtp300 strimmer, huge mistake only managed to do half the garden, which isn't large & the nylon wire returned into the barrel 10 times, with my Black & decker this was a rare thing , with the Mac Allister it's a nightmare as you have 2 wires to feed through..oh yes very time consuming, i'm on my way back to B&Q to ask them why they sold me something that is not fit for purpose.
Doesn't do the job

This has rarely worked for more than 5 seconds at a time as the plastic string breaks so easily and is so hard to re thread that you almost lose the will to live...avoid!!!

This is a poor design as it gives me a backache to use and appears to be more suitable for a left handed person. If I had not thrown the box away this certainly would have been returned for not being fit for purpose.
if I could replace the part for my 10 year old model I would have still kept it as it was light weight and had a good ergonomics wit similar power.
Next time I will make sure to read reviews even for low cost goods.
This was cheep and waste of money.
