MAGNUSSON Modular Tool Box System
Anonymous - 1 year ago
I was so impressed with my first viewing of this modular box and what I could do with it that I bought it straight away, replacing my Stanley Fat Max rolling workshop. Made from a strong, durable, high impact resin and water seal in the lid it was ideal for my fishing kit. It feels strong and sturdy, it protects my kit and can be broken down into individual boxes, making carrying it around so easy. I ended up buying the base trolley unit, 2 mid boxes and 2 top accessory boxes. Each box has a good reliable and strong clamping bar either side to clamp each box securely in place. Previous tool boxes have had plastic clips that have not lasted. Total cost of £175 and the best £175 I've spent on a toolbox system. A great advantage of the module locking bars is that when loading into a car, you can use these bars as carrying handles (see pictures) as they have a rubber hand grip. Each of the lids have a metal stabilizer on the back to stop the lid from flopping open causing damage to the hinge system. Each box also has 4 locator feet to centralize on the top of the box below. All in all, it is most definitely the best toolbox system I have ever bought and used. Very highly recommended.

It is larger than most trolley boxes, with three use full pockets in the back.
But I could not find this item in store, and was told that is was out of stock, orders online to collect, hey presto its in stok? Was a bit dusty but ok

Bought a couple of these earlier this year. Very strong, robust and well thought out. Wipes the floor with other stackable boxes from so called bigger brand names. Probably be getting a few more to replace said more expensive but yet lesser items.
This system is the mutt's nuts

I now have more than twenty of these cases of the various sizes, JCB and Magnusson. They do exactly what it says on the tin at a fraction of the price of other systems - after a year on site they still look and work like new. The trolley wheeled bases make great site chairs and hop ups. You can stack more than a hundred kilos in and on one wheeled base and move it easily. Great stuff, keep up the good work guys.
Better than expected

Very heavy duty and well designed. Bought 3 pieces wheeled box, organiser, and tool box. I am a plumbing contractor on building sites. 6months old now and still excellent condition. Definitely recommend.
