This model can operate as a stand alone humidity controlled fan, which will switch on automatically and continue to run until a pre-set humidity level is reached.
It can also be connected to operate in conjunction with your light switch as a normal timer fan, switching on with the light then off after time (adjustable from 20 seconds to 20 minutes) with the humidity over-ride running in the background. It will run independently of the light being switched on or off if humidity is detected.
If the timer functionality is required you need THREE separate electrical connections, permanent live, switched live and neutral.
