Lasted three months

I originally purchased the B & Q own brand, which broke. Then got this model. It’s was great for three months. Today it started fine, but noticed a rattle, switched it off to check it, went to start it again, pull cord will not engage. Taking it back tomorrow

Used it about 10 times from new , wouldn’t start , sent it for repair found out that coil had gone and a leak from petrol to carburettor, over £100 to repair my advise spend a few more quid and get a Stihl
Crank shaft weakness
VictoriaK - 6 months ago
For my birthday I decided I would treat myself after looking over all the models and specs I opted for this one. Was easy to assemble, perfect weightbalance and started first time so all onto a good start here for me...then on the 5th time of using it the crank shaft recoil wasn't working I took it back and they swapped for the same model again set it all up and was on a roll now less than 6 months after purchasing the same thing has happened heard a crackle then wouldn't start again. I feel the main part has been made with weak materials and doesn't hold up, now I do have the receipt but as I've already returned once it would seem I need to invest in another model.

Purchased this 1 year ago and used 3 times since. The second time the starter pawl failed and needed replaced and on the 3rd use the crankshaft broke after 5 mins of use.
