Don’t know what all moaning is about ample width. Unless you are moby dick. Yes appears thin. But anyone with common sense would put a little extra support underneath. On any bath.

We bought this bath and within a year it cracked on the curve. I have had difficulty getting in touch with the manufacturer for a replacement!

Not sure quite why this bath is getting such poor reviews. I've fitted two of these baths, now, and both times I have found them easy to fit and of good quality - certainly excellent value for the price. The bath shape is good; ideal for fitting a shower over the tap end with a place to stand and a rigid glass shower screen. The drain hole is well finished, so that you can fit the waste easily without it leaking or needing loads of Plumber's Mait or silicone to seal; much better than on a far more expensive bath that I've done. The tap end has an extra plywood support for the taps; the holes are drilled accurately. The surface finish of the bath is good. It's a standard 1700x700 size that takes a standard front panel, also from B&Q. The support legs are decent and easy to fit, with an additional support for the centre of the bath. Just remember to retain the 4 screws that hold the legs in place for transit for reuse when you fit them in place; this is described in the comprehensive instructions but you won't necessarily notice that until you've unpacked it...!

I purchased this bath on a tight budget ,hence why I can not moan about the quality.but wish I had purchased a more expensive one. Its very thin and feels uneasy when used.my fault
