Nice Item Shame About The Shopping Experience
I bought some washers from B&Q in Devizes. They’re fine washers and did the job I bought them for. I may have stayed longer in the store to browse and perhaps purchase more items, however decided to get out as soon as possible as a result of your policy of blasting your customers with music. If I want to hear blaring music I’ll go to a nightclub. Sort it out. Cheers

Pity I had to buy a pack
I needed a specific O ring and sure enough I got one but had to buy a whole pack of various sizes to obtain the one I wanted. Pity B & Q don't sell them individually at just a few pence each.
