What Is EN131?

EN131 is a significant standard in the ladder industry, impacting the design and safety of portable ladders. This standard, adopted by the UK as BS EN131, covers all types of portable ladders, including step, extending, and combination ladders. The standard has been substantially revised to make ladders wider, stronger, and sturdier, enhancing safety for users.
