As others have written this doesn't come with any instructions, I couldn't find any online anywhere. Eventually I realised that the bag goes on top of the shelf and the water collects below. I have been using 2 that I bought from B&Q for about a month now in different rooms and they've collected loads of water and the granules in the bags have got less and less, so just about to order some replacement granule bags (though I can't seem to find any on this site and as we can't go to stores I'll have to order elsewhere).

considering there are warnings for nuts on a packet of nuts surprised no instructions of any kind, assumed as it says tray holds 0.9 ltr the bag goes on top

I’m sure it will work ok but this has no instructions. Do granules go in top or lower section? Do granules stay in the white bag?
Lots of legal protection warnings but no instructions! Please advise
