Works well !

Works well but I think I would prefer something that is more like a wax! It seems to be more like a paint not a wax

Good product

Goes on very easily with a brush and dries quickly allowing multiple layers to be applied in one day.

Excellent wax

Used on an oak door. I was looking for Ronseal Brushing Wax which I had used before, but now seems to be discontinued. I was very pleased with the finish. Natural is a warm finish on oak and covers consistently. I used 2 coats. Nice and easy to apply as well.

Easy to brush on

Easy to apply, several coats needed. After 3 coat on oak veneered doors a light sand to flatten the grain and a final coat and they feel and look great.

Great product and easy to use.

We are restoring our cottage and have used this product many times now. It is so easy to use and gives a great finish to sanded back wooden beams, table tops and a restored cabinet. Make sure you stir the product in the tin thoroughly and apply sparingly and wait a good hour before applying a second coat. Great finish.

Should be called ‘clear’

This should be branded as ‘clear’ rather than ‘natural’ as it has no colour pigment at all. It does have a nice matte finish and is really easy to apply so a good product if you’re just wanting to seal in the existing colour of your wood

Depends on surface

I think it probably depends what finish was previously on the surface, but it doesn't go on like a wax, more like a varnish. I thought I'd stripped back a table far enough, but the finish is ok to touch for a second. Any more than that and it gets tacky, so placemats are actually peeling the finish off, which I didn't expect to happen with a wax. I've done 4 coats now and tried sanding and not sanding between coats - the result is the same

Dreadful. Ruined a silky smooth finish.

Dreadful stuff. Totally destroyed the silky smooth finish on my old chest of drawers. The finish is now very rough. The “wax” was a solid lump at the bottom. Took a load of shaking to break it up into the very watery liquid. Think the product was probably faulty.

Waste of money

Nice colour, looks nice and easy to apply, but dries to a horrible rough texture to previously perfectly sanded wood. Am now having to re-sand and buy a different wax.

Brush on wax

Easy to put on giving a good even finish and quick drying.
