Have just finished putting 3rd coat on the floor, looks good. Only problem is there were lots of bubbles when doing the last coat. I was using a sheepskin like paint pad so had to go over the floor with a brush to get the bubbles out. I might do a fourth coat to get it whiter. I'm including pictures of the floor before we sanded, picture taken after one coat and after third coat (last 2 pics)

You will need time for this

Used this on 2 parts of a room, one where the previous finish was worn though and one where it was not. Gave one part 4 coats and one 3 and it quite bright. It is a hard finish but you should give it at least 50-60 hours drying time which means having furniture out of the room for more than half a week. Can be tricky. Very happy and has had good comments from guests. Water-based so no problem with brushes. The grain also shows through very well.

Absolutely brilliant. Tough, but lovely finish. Easy to apply. Have used throughout the house on all floors, skirting sand architraves

This barely adds any colour to the wood and left a very patchy transparent finish. I used Medium Oak in another room and the colour just soaked into the boards lovely but was far from the case with this colour. The problem with this is its not like a die, just feels like watered down gloss white in varnish. The pine floorboard is still showing through. The recommended 3 coats is very patchy, I reckon another 2 will be needed to correct it, im very unhappy with the Ash White
