You don't get what is promised
Tonydxn - 1 month ago
Please be aware that if you buy this bundle you will NOT get the 1 hour charger promised in the Product Details. You will get a 3 hour charger (actual charge time 2 hours 40 minutes). I have pointed this out to B&Q but they don't seem to see any need to give their customers accurate information about the products they are selling.
Furthermore, you will NOT get the 3-year guarantee promised by Ryobi. You cannot register the charger for the 1-year extension which their packaging and website state is available on all ONE+ tools.
The tools themselves are OK (apart from the mis-sold charger) but it is very disappointing not to get what was promised by B&Q and Ryobi.

Had this well over a year now and very happy with the performance. Battery’s still going strong and I use these on a weekly basis. Added rip saw recently to collection and impressed with range in general.
Love the Plus 1 Range

Upgraded my old tools to the New Ryobi Plus 1 Range, so many choices, but love this drill, 2 batteries to complete any job with.

My last ryobi lasted many years, but the battery gave in finally. So I saw this at the right price, and a good option. Been put to good use already
