More commonly known as the Snake Plant, the Sansevieria Black Coral has gorgeous green foliage that is shown in a mix of both dark and light shades. The leaves form in a sword-like fashion that really allows the plant to standout from the crowd amongst an indoor plant display or, if that is not possible, as a lone ornamental plant. A massive benefit of this plant is its air-purifying qualities that mean it will remove harmful pollutants and unwanted toxins from the air. In terms of situating the plant, aim for places where bright, indirect light is a regular feature. Taking care of the plant is simple: water the plant once or twice a month, especially when the top soil is dry to touch. You can then reduce this amount to just once a month when Winter approaches.
