Looks Great online
Save your money, just fitted one for a customer, looking like it'll need all removing. The tray is'nt capped stone its flexiable foam stuff , fitted ok till enclosure was installed then it just flexed all over the place, ever likely the've stopped displaying them, all so enclosure is'nt compatable with their other trays, so all has to be replaced. Very unhappy installer.

Not fit for purpose
Firstly the shower tray is very flimsy, make sure you install on a full bed of fast setting flexible tile adhesive, without this you will have a world of pain. Second is the trap and waste, open it and throw it away along with the flexible waste pipe, get your plumber to install a new quality waste with a decent poly waste pipe, if you keep the flexible not only is it ribbed to keep all the residue in it will sag and cause the water to sit in it ( oh and if you use a drain cleaner it will just disintegrate). Finally and the reason it isn't fit for purpose is the sliding door, although the sliding mechanism is ok the door has to sit 10mm above the tray due to the chrome guide and glass mount, as the supplied drip rail is fixed to the shower tray about 15mm away from the line of the door ( this is housed in two recesses so cannot be move) water will bounce up and soak your floor, and if you try and shower the door down after cleaning you may as well throw a bucket around in your bathroom ! If you look on youtube "Cooke and Lewis Carmony Shower" you will see a video showing the issue. I do have a solution which has cost me £30 with a combination of seals and another threshold but why I have had to design around an inherent design defect and that costs me both time and money is why this product is not fit for purpose.

Rubbish
The shower tray is rubbish. It's so flimsy we are now paying for the shower enclosure to be re-fitted with a stone resin tray.

Nightmare shower tray
After two attempts at following the instructions and fixing this shower tray on a bed of cement it failed. On both occasions the tray lifted from the cement during the drying process. I'm now throwing the show tray away and getting a stone resin tray instead.

very good
The chap that installed this for us said it was a very easy to fit and very good quality shower apart from the trap and waste which were poor quality and non standard size The soft close door works very well and runs very smooth
