Door too heavy
I bought this shower enclosure and the 2 plastic brackets that hold on this heavy door have now snapped. Both brackets in similar place. Surely the brackets should be a product recall. Exchanged for metal brackets.

shower door hinge design poor
I have had a plumber/bathroom fitter in to fit the shower enclosure, looks great when in the box. I had the earlier version of this enclosure 800mm which has a very different hinge adjustment design as it worked so well. So, I bought another for a different bathroom though the 900mm version. Unfortunately the design has changed, the adjustment is now in the hinge, not in the enclosure sides. I got a call from the plumber saying that the door keeps dropping. As tight as he does the fixings up and using the set up block, it will not stay, as soon as it opens it drops. He then went away to get another shower as he refused to fit this shower as he said he cannot garuntee the seal and doesn't want to keep coming back to align the door. I have tried to contact B&Q without any luck as the website is currently unavailable. so, the B&Q aftersales is currently non-existent, so I would not recommend this product

Heavy door.
Looks good but over time the door slips and snags on the shower tray causing damage to the seal connected to the bottom of the door. ( can you buy spares?). Also if the door slips to much someone could be trapped inside, a redesign is required maybe add another door hinge or add something to stop the door slipping. A solution from B & Q for the enclosures that are already fitted would be good.

Looks Good
I bought this Enclosure a few months ago its looks great but the problem im having and have since buying it is the door keeps hanging off after a while. This is because the brackets holding it up are not strong enough as the door is too heavy really upsetting because been unable to use my shower!

Looks nice, however ends there.
Looks lovely however, the door is simply too heavy, it is not fit for purpose. My child got stuck in the shower and could not open the door. The door has dropped so many times, and the fitter has been out a number of times to rectify the problem. The trim is coming away from the tray and the seal has split. I'm very disappointed with this product, it is not fit for purpose, after spending my savings to have my bathroom redone, including tiles, I'm now having to purchase (at my expense) an alternative door so we can use the shower. This replacement at my cost will leave my new tiled bathroom with marks on the tiles. An expensive mistake I could never advise anyone to purchase this product. This product has been installed less than a year.

Looks great but fittings need to be upgraded
I bought this unit over three months ago and after some frustrating moments trying to get the door to align properly i am happy with the end result. Had to take apart after a week and use some more heavy duty fittings to hold the sides to the walls as they come loose with the weight of the door. This is the main problem I found with this unit. Looks good with great space inside.

Door far too heavy for hinge
I bought this less than a year ago and the seal is already hanging off the door. The door is far too heavy for the hinges. It's a struggle to open the door, it has to be lifted to open in and so the screen that is attached to the wall and hinges keeps moving. Mine was professionally fitted. Over-priced and utterly useless. Glass is a lovely colour though

Looks great - poor build and design
Our installers found the shower door a nightmare to fit and could not align things so that the shower door shuts to a complete seal - the door is too heavy for the hinges. 3 weeks of using and the rubber seals have split and come off - visited a local store and their showroom shower door would not close and had dropped. In discussion with B&Q now - we cant send it back as our brand new bathroom tiles have been drilled to fit this shower - unless they come our and re tile our bathroom we are stuck :(

Poor Fittings.
The fittings to hold the hinged door are strong enough. This makes the side panel move Andy the heavy door drop. Fittings are not for plasterboard walls. Packed this up and sent it back.

Door keeps dropping
The shower enclosure is fine however the door keeps on dropping! Can anyone suggest a solution? It was fitted by a qualified tradesman!
