Very poor product
Waste of money. The door is so heavy that it hangs and doesn’t shut properly, making it leak when you shower. Very very very hard to get the accessories eg like the door washer.

Looks nice but door too heavy
I installed this shower tray and enclosure around 18 months ago and have finally given up and decided to scrap and replace completely with the sliding door version (as this is the only other option without replacing the tray meaning renewing tiles etc) In short the door is too heavy for the mounting. The sheer weight of the door held only by a small arm at the top clamped with a ~M8 grub screw, pulls itself out of the channel fitted to the wall (and the grub screw) resulting in the far corner of the door clashing with the tray meaning the door can't be opened. After many re-adjustments (approx every 2 months) the grub screw has finally given up and the tiny internal hex for tightening has rounded meaning to dismantle I'm going to have to destroy the bracket. I even went into two separate B&Q stores to check their displays to see if there was something I'd done wrong when fitting, and on both occasions the staff admitted the 'installer' has to keep coming out to re-adjust the door. This was raised as a complaint and after B&Q sent an independent surveyor to check my installation (who told me the installation was sound), they told me it was due to the floor/tray level being out, which is not the case, it was perfectly level when installed, it is however because of the fact that the door and side panel are point loading the tray and pushing it out of level.

DO NOT BUY
We bought this shower as we loved the design however that is the only thing we love about it. Nightmare to fit- the door is far too heavy For the hinge, the shower tray has bubbled after only 4 weeks of it being in use.

Do not buy!!!!!!
We have had this shower in for approx 6 months. The door has dropped as it is way to heavy for the frame. We now have to lift it as we get in and out. The tray bubbled within a month of it being fitted and we had to get a replacement sent out. The shower enclosure is not worth the money it costs and will would definitely not recommend it to anyone!!! Stay clear!! We are now having to save for a replacement!

Would I recommend this shower?
I looked at the reviews before purchasing and some issues stood out quite prominently but I I still went ahead with our purchase. The door is certainly very heavy but seems to have gone on OK. Fitting the waste was a problem as it requires you to use sealant which gets everywhere! After fitting the base an air bubble appeared and I'm waiting for a replacement.

Fantastic quality
Purchased 3 weeks ago and happy with the quality. Enclosure looks great with minimal frames due to the hinged door. Very heavy 8mm glass. Tip - don't final fit the smaller side till you hang the door - my fitter measured exact instruction sizes and had to slightly angle the sides to ensure a snug fit. Overall looks great and exactly what I hoped for.

Very poor product
We had to have this shower tray installed and ripped out twice due to it delaminating over a couple of weeks and causing a "bubble" the size of a dinner plate in the middle of the shower. Did not run the risk of this happening again a third time and so chose a cast stone tray instead but unfortunately B&Q do not do in the same shape and so had to have a rectangular tray as a replacement.

Terrible quality replacement tray still no good
Stay away from this product. We now have the replacement and all the professionals we have had in say the quality is terrible and the plastic just bubbles and comes away. We now are having to buy a whole new shower and it will not be from Cooke and Lewis

Heavy Door
Just fitted one of these for a customer and had problems with the door. In my our opinion the door is too heavy for the two hinges supplied and would really benefit from a middle hinge.
