Poor quality
Poor quality and value for money in my view, especially the waste which is unbelievably poor quality.

LH & RH -
The left hand version means that the waste is on the left and the door is on the right. The right hand version has the waste on the right and the door is on the left. The pictures are correct although it is confusing. Great product at a great price though. Looks great in my bathroom!

rubbish door
Bought this in October 2014. Had to have a new door fitment after my husband got stuck as the door would not open. Then again today I struggled to get the door open. Not happy with this product.

Incorrect description
At the time of writing, the LH/RH images are the reverse of those as supplied by PGH Group (who actually supply the shower). So I thought I was getting a door on the left, but it was actually on the right. To be clear, the LH option places the door on the right, sliding to the left. The RH option places the door on the left, sliding to the right. Also, the shower tray is incorrectly described as 'stone resin'. Actually it's acrylic over some kind of plastic foam - very light but also flexible, and not what I was expecting. The tray can be found separately described as made of 'ResinLite'. So all in all not a good experience so far, and I am still waiting to be able to install the enclosure itself - hoping it's good considering the issues so far!

Fantastic product at an unbelievable price
Couldn't quite believe my eyes when I saw the price of this soft-close shower - the cheapest I'd found previously was nearer £1000, and the product is top quality too. Couldn't recommend more highly!
